IT Job Title: Team Leader
Solid team lead experience, desktop, windows, Citrix and forms of Unix (Linux, AIX, Sun, HP) , SQL, Storage etc. etc. MUST have worked for a Service provider, multiple clients. ITIL certified. Ability to diagnose issues spanning the entire solution: network, security, storage, hardware, operating systems and enterprise applications. Ability to research technical issues and implement resolution strategies when required. Work within structured and defined service management practises (Incident, Change, Configuration, Release Management, etc). Work and be measured against strict Service Level Agreements.
